His unique perspective on the real estate market and ability to accurately oversee and implement value add strategies, has enabled Cyclone to remain at the forefront of multifamily investments. In the last few years, Archie has led Cyclone Investment Group to accumulate roughly $1 billion in Class A and B multi-family assets.

Archie has created a successful culture at Cyclone, one that is never satisfied with the status quo. His leadership is reflective in each stage of the deal cycle from the initial deal sourcing and raising of capital, all the way until the closing of the deal. His creative thinking and effective collaboration with all teams in the organization ensures a smooth transaction process. This has resulted in numerous acquisitions of highly desirable properties at below-market pricing. Over the years, Archie has learned that each and every interaction whether it be with a tenant or investor is integral to the growth of the company’s future and goals. Archie plans to grow Cyclone into a prominent multi family investment and management firm as the company grows while maintaining the culture and success from its humble beginnings.
